La Becindad
Re-ggae-TON. You really can't get more local than La Becindad (The Neighborhood. Although the word is actually spelled Vecindad). It has a great outdoor patio (that won't be much use in rainy season) and if you like loud music and grinding while dancing you'll be in heaven. Beer is well priced, too.
